Lizzie on the move

Lizzie is much more active and much more capable of getting into things. We knew this day would come, but our apartment could probably use a touch more baby-proofing.

Lizzie has proved adept at learning how to open containers and dump out the contents:


But she still wants to make sure it's empty:



She's also regularly pulled the DVDs off the shelf:


Sadly, she learned that inside of each box is a shiny prize, and now she tries to crack the outer shell to get to the inside whenever she plays with the DVD boxes:


Because of her mobility, we've been forced to adopt measures to protect the kitchen cabinets:


Of course, not everything in the kitchen can be easily belted shut:
